Worst KFC I’ve been too I was so excited to try the new KFC outside… The lady assisting me was rude and grabbed the serviette telling me they where too many and they will take them from her salary.. I explained that I’m eating in and have dunked wings and I’m a messy eater so I need a bunch of them… She grabbed them and told me I can only have 2 serviettes.. I went back to ask for tomatoe sauce and I found her laughing with her colleagues telling them how dare I take so many serviettes… She laughed and had no care in the world… If this is the treatment I get I don’t feel like I am needed as a customer.

2nd bad experience in a row. Ordered online. Paid in store. Waited over 15 minutes and the packers eventually had to go to the back after I enquired twice as to progress. Not sure if KFC will see me again. Last one was at Cradlestone.

I’m never satisfied when i leave this kfc. The other time i had to email customer service because i was served burned burgers, yesterday i bought wings. My wings are missing 2 peaces from each packet. The wings were dry that they could choke you to Death. Some still having feathers.I’ll never buy here again, because i can’t keep complaining about 1 shop over and over again.

I still can’t believe that I had to order food on drive through but I had to wait for my foot at the entrance. What is the use of drive thru then if I have to wait?
