They are so slow and have little to no regard at all Courier services such as Mr. D and UberEats.The whole kitchen will focus their energy on drive-thru, you’ll call out for them and they still ignore you to such an extent that the manager will come handle your order.They have a problem with sealing orders or marking them or even just stapling a courier order with its receipt, simple! They fail to do this.They would rather clean up the ice cream machine than to drop whatever they are doing and quickly help a customer then get back to their cleaning. Customers First!The economy is going through a crunch for a store to be content with the amount of current customers. People are losing their jobs and money, this is not how a restaurant should act in such hard times. They need to pick up their socks.A staff member would come and mop the floor where a customer is standing, leaving the floor wet and nowhere else to step. Yes cleaning is must, most especially clean as you go, but your cleaning cannot inconvenience a customer!You would think that the recent revamp would have revamped their attitude. No!I think they should rotate staff as some of the most sweetest and kindest souls who should be working in the front are at the back making orders.

Getting tired of being ripped-off. Not the first time I’ve ordered an extra piece of chicken, only to be extremely disappointed (and…) when unpacking my order at home. So unbelievably frustrating. I’m starting to believe it’s done on purpose. Nobody can be that useless that they make the same mistake over and over again! They bargain on you not going all the way back for one piece of chicken. Smart!

I hate they’re service……. We were only 2 in the shop…… But it took them 15 minutes to take my order….. I bought streetwise 3 when I check my food they gave me they gave me 2 pieces of meat… They lucky I noticed that when I was far from the shop cause I could have caused some trouble…… I guess that lady did it intental.

Spent 20 minutes in the drive through lane 15:45 on Saturday 30 July 2022. This is enough to drive you nuts. Clearly this KFC has no idea how to operate a drive through. When I asked the cashier why it’s so slow, she just stared at me. Could not even communicate

Waited awhile. Chicken bit oily.well well. It got worse. Ordered 21 piece.20 min waiting. Said NO. WHAT DO YOU HAVE NOW. BURGERS GREAT. ORDERED 3 BURGERS. AND STILL WAITED 20 MIN. HAD TO CALL THRU WINDOW. GOT MY ORDER. IT WAS COLD. THANKS. NEVER AGAIN BY THIS ONE.
