Worst experience. Drove all the way to get dinner and the whole order was WRONG!!! It’s because nobody get the full attention they deserve because the lady taking the order must also take the payment from the client before you while busy taking your order all together AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME!

The experience was ok. The wait in the drive thru was quick. Staff could smile and receive clients better 😊. A smile goes a long way. Grumpy unhappy staff offend me…..and the chicken was a bit dry. Otherwise the experience was ok.

My partner and myself went through the drive-thru at kfc this evening. We firstly needed to wait for a few minutes for the lady at the pay window to chat to guy in front of us in his car about her name and where she is from, she basically speed dated him whilst we waited and I know this cause of how loud they spoke. We then eventually paid and got to the collect window only to have a man approach the window ON FOOT and drop a few coins to the lady at the window. He was served before us and we needed to wait. His reasoning was because he had no mask he couldn’t go inside and they often do it this way. And by this way I’m assuming he means pushes in front of cars on foot and gets served before customers that have already paid in vehicles driving through the drive-thru.I’m blown away by the service given at this specific branch. Kfc oudtshoorn, you’re not doing very well at customer service skills.
