I work down the road from this KFC and usually receive good service when I pop in. My experience however today was somewhat different. I specifically instructed which pieces of chicken I wanted and was packed the wrong pieces. My colleague also ordered her usual Wrapsta box and to her surprise it was burned and not wrapped as usual. I know the employees might find this superfluous because they do it everyday and meat is just meat to them as they box and pack in a whole lot of orders. But they should also consider the fact that its the one person that unwraps and has an expectation of a good experience. We buy food for the experience and enjoyment and to have that experience taken away defeats the purpose of you as a customer choosing that one restaurant over many.

I visited the store. I placed my order and was helped by a friendly staff member. I paid and the food did not take long to be prepared. I received all my food fresh and hot. I had one issue. I ordered sprinkle pops and was only informed after I received my order that the flavor packets were out of stock. If I had known I wouldn’t have ordered the sprinkle pops.Will definitely be visiting again.

Sibusiso was excellent. Placed a large order the previous day, amended it the following morning. My order was ready for collection at 12:30. Even though the KFC was extremely busy that particular time, she did not miss a beat and even help me to carry everything to my car. Thank you again!! 5 x Stars!!

What a chaos. Waited to place my order while 4 packers shouted at each other (in their language) and the kitchen. None of them knew what they were doing. They packed and repacked the orders. Food that came from the back looked messy. Chips fell over and they packed half filled packets. Two of them openened and closed twisters a few times. Packer packed half my order and took bag to the back. After a while asked for my slip and when I got my order it was still wrong. I felt like cancelling my order. Used to visit KFC in Tableview quite regularly and always good, friendly service and clean restaurant. Although, at this one its dirty and definitely not one to ever visit again. Poor management might be the reason for bad service.

Most friendly staff.Cozy area on the top floor perfect for relaxing with friends and enjoying your meal with the family.Orders can take long sometimes due to uber drivers but all things considered very recommendable branch.

Hygiene protocol definitely not in place, staff kept on adjusting their masks, touching their face and not sanitising while working with the packaging and orders. I could not see the kitchen and the staff working with the food. Drive thru was a mess not knowings the orders of people in line. I am completely put off by this and definitely not visiting a KFC in the near future.
