Musina drive through: Please stop forgetting! About more than half the time I bought food here, there is an item missing. Especially cool drink and coleslaw. KFC cooks great recipes but the fact that you sometimes pay for items which was on the slip but not seen in the take away bag is a horrible thing. Please sort it out

Food is good and can’t complain, but the only problem is basically ever time i order they either don’t have some of the things i order or order is wrong when opening it.Staff helps but there is no friendliness, you get the feeling you are bothering them by being there.

It was busy, l should think it is because it’s along N1. We didn’t use drive-through because we wanted to check out the menu first. Customers may prefer to use drive through. I felt sorry for the woman on the till – she had a lot of tasks. I often think of till operators as receptionists: welcoming visitors and asking how they can be of assistance. When we arrived she was serving drive thru clients and attended us after sometime. Increase of staff needed. Overall it was 👌.
