We ordered food as we got off the Wembezi offramp in Estcourt, when we got there, we were told to join the payment queue, I protested and went ahead to the front to pay, we then told our order is not ready… wait for it…. the meat was not ready…This KFC removed every little bit of convenience online orders are suppose to have.Even lost my bank card in all this mess and had to pay for parking, since we were now there for more than 15 minutes.
