I don’t want to complain about the waiting te because you can use the online option to order and pay for your food and just do a pickup. So yes on that you have the applaud KFC for it.

The worst service i have experienced in a long time. i visited on the 15 June @ 0615 pm and a lady with a mask tried to take my order as you drive in. She wore a mask and after she try to repeat my order to me i assumed she got it right as i could hardly understand what she was saying.She directed me to the 1,st window to pay but the windows were closed with no one in sight.I then proceeded to the receiving window. The lady then asked for my slip, i explained to her that i did not pay yet as there was no cashier to assist. The lady said i need to go back to pay first. I refused as there was another vehicle behind me and i could not.I then said she had to help me right away as i will not go back again, after helping me i repeatedly said pse ensure my order was correct as i couldn’t check as i had no slip.Needless to say my order was wrong when i checked it @ home. This was the 3rd time this has happened and also the last as i will not set foot in their establishment ever again.Shame on you!!

Improved service although order was wrong even though I pointed out the requirement 3 times. Improvement of service due to competition currently being run by the group. They want to identify the best KFC service wise. Question is whether there will be longevity in the improvement. History indicates to the contrary. Unfortunately.

Today, 21 June 2022. After stading in the drivethru for 15 minutes then ordering and paying, just to get to receiving and finding oir that we have ro wait another 15-20 minutes cause they ran out of chicken. It’s 17:30 in the afternoon. Way are you not prepared for the afternoon rush! Funny we are also the only car standing an d waiting. Cars that was behind me has al gone.

The service was Very slow and Very Very POOR, I waited for my order for over 45min and people who had ordered after me collected their orders and left while I still waited.. Only to be helped by the poor pregnant lady who takes orders by the till but the other lady called Basetsana ddnt bother to assist.
