One star for great service only. But as for the chicken? It was horrible. It tasted stale. Was dry. It didn’t even have that aromatic smell. We didn’t enjoy any piece of our 9piece bucket. We gave most of our meat to the dogs. Highly disappointed because the service they gave us was perfect.

I think 1 star I way too much. I am told that they are waiting for chips to out of the frier and I need to wait. This after I placed the order at 1 window, paid at another and when collecting there is no chips. So I wait 40 minutes just for the chips to get to me ice cold and lost its freshness in the morning already. You don’t mind waiting if the food gets to you fresh like it was just prepared…Parking: They ask that you wait in the front of the building which is not a parking, the parking is around the corner and then they have like 20 customers already waiting and nobody knows which way to go because where you are directed is no space left to park…

There is always a long waiting time for your food. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 30mins for your order no matter how big or small. But with that said the quality is exceptional

I’ve always loved KFC, until the other day when my friend and I got thee most horrible chicken burgers, wraps and chicken from KFC. It tasted stale and it was very dry. It didn’t smell good at all. We literally even threw up after consuming those meals. I’m highly disappointed because I’ve never experienced it at any other KFC beside KFC Commercial Road.
