This was the worst experience at any restaurant I have ever had. The manager was rude and very unhelpful. When I tried to pay with card and cash the manager refused and said that they do NOT accept payments like that. I had to go to the other side of Brookside mall just to withdraw R100.00 so that I could pay the bill at KFC. I was extremely disappointed as this was the first time I experienced this. Every other restaurant don’t complain if I pay half cash and half card. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this branch until management sorts itself out. The cashiers are nice and helpful but ye manager was terrible. I would give this place a negative rating just on the experience I had with this manager.
