I have come to realize that not all Spur steak ranches are the same. Steak wasn’t tender, but was tasty. Atmosphere was awesome though.

Visited Idaho Spur after trying 2 other branches in the area. I was happy to find it not as busy (month end).Food was good as usually. However I was very disappointed with my waiter Peter.We used a birthday voucher which my 5 year old received a month ago. He insisted that the Spur Tribe Birthday Voucher only included a meal, no lucky packet or ice cream. Which was surprising because anyone can lie about it being their birthday and receives an ice cream but a birthday voucher did not .Also my child was tagged on arrival,which happens at most branches 👍After a few hours we arrived home only to remember the tag is still on his shirt.Why use the tags if they don’t work. Any child can walk out of Idaho Spur.

I am very disappointed with the service of this branch as there is no waitress who is assisting us, we have been here since 13:45 but only kids order has been taken.The kids food are not even delivered as yet, no drinks offered but to my surprise only white people are receiving their orders before us as they came after us. Only now our order is taken.i feel like racism still exists and what hurts more is that african people like me are the one who are giving privilege to the white.

We ordered grilled hake and calamari and got fried instead. Then they scraped the batter off broke the hake and brought an oily dish. Surely management and the kitchen know how to cook and treat their customers. Poor experience overall. Maybe go elsewhere for a better meal

Im so upset! Firstly we arrive and the lady serving us seemed extremely impatient and not friendly at all. The food then arrives. She got the order wrong because she is in such a rush. Even forgot to take my child’s order. I’d assume you take everyone’s order so that the food comes at the same time. My child was crying hungry. Then when tasting the food the veggies were rotten. I mean how is this even normal?? How do you serve people food that is off. Utterly disappointed. I really love Spur but my experience at this branch was terrible. The waiter made it even worse!!!

Absolutely brilliant!The manager is great and the service is good too .The food was amazing ! Best burger I’ve had at spur this year ! ( we go every Monday to different spurs )This is the best !Food I will give 10/10The chips were salted just right and nice and crisp.The rib burger was cooked perfectly with a nice crispy bun !Everything about the meal was really good !To top it off they had Zapper available!Brilliant .
