Order Made via Uber Eats, 45 mins later Order was cancelled. The driver who arrived to fetch my order messaged me to say HL gave my order to wrong driver. Manager refuses to apologise, just makes an excuse and says Uber will refund me. 1 hour later. I hope this store closes down

Very poor customer service, ordered a meal waited for more than 55minutes, I asked for my money back they refused, not even one person was attending to us, kept on telling us 5more minutes, and their works are very very rude, I will not recommend anyone to go there.Once again very very poor customer service.It’s a NO go place.

Wonderful experience. The coffee is authentic. Their menu is affordable able to accommodate for all budgets from one person to large groups. They have toilets on the premises. Their service is fast. Always innovating. Today I tried one of their new value meals with atchar! I enjoyed it very much.

The service is slow, they have one cashier while other employees are just standing. The other takes time and they tend to run out of meat or tell customers that they are not cooking an hour before the closing time. They have no parking closeby the restaurant, you therefore have to use the shoprite parking at the back and walk through.
