I enjoy shopping at Game Ulundi, it’s very peaceful and convenient. However, a recent experience changed the way I feel about Game in Ulundi. An employee named “Sinethemba Myeni” at Game Liquor abruptly stopped me from tapping my card when making payment, and rudely told me to not tap my card with her, and never explained why. In my understanding, you tap your card for your convenience. She just looked at me, assumed I won’t do sh#t to her because I might be younger than her, she’s above me. Hence the shocking rude tone and attitude.

Bought volkano headphones for R300 they were broken just 30mins after I bought them even the packages of almost all the headphones were already broken and some already open including the one I bought, either u guys are selling counterfeit goods or u are selling us used and broken stuff I will never ever buy in this shop again and I urge everyone to refrain from buying in this shop to avoid disapointments
