Lovely garden restaurant. Good food and extensive menu with plenty options for vegans, vegetarians and gluten free. The menu has plenty of variety from pizza, burgers, salad, deep fried cauliflower wings, fish options, flat breads, steaks, breakfast menu too and bagels. The garden has a wonderful play area for kids. The inside area has a good deli and cafe offerings as well as a decent wine selection. Great staff and over all great dining experience.

Absolutely beautiful setting, quiet, plenty space and covered outside tables, so pretty dappled light. Carrot cake was exceptional, and even the simple order of chicken mayo and chips was exquisite. Nutty flat white coffee, divine. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars was the long wait, but to be fair, it was busy and a public holiday. Food was worth the wait for sure and staff were absolutely lovely!!!

Fab day out! Especially for parents with children. Good alcohol menu and nice variety of food on offer. I hardly ever order burgers in restaurants but I opted for the Mexican burger and it was GREAT!! The chili had been forgotten from my friends’ burger so make sure its on before digging in 💃🏻 Great atmosphere and great service all around. Definitely still try it out even if you don’t have kids.Kid-friendliness: Totally child friendly and very difficult for a toddler to escape without you noticing.Parking: Lots of on street parking. I was apprehensive as it was a Saturday at 12.30PM but parking was a breeze.

Folk Cafe has one of most authentic Italian Pizzas I’ve tasted so far, unfortunately not Halaal but they have amazing Neapolitan Pizza.I had with an Iced Coffee which was also really good.It has the view of St James Beach / Tidal Pool as well as the railway so it’s a great place to chill after you’ve been to the St James beach.

The order/serving structure is what keeps me coming back to this place and the proximity to the beach. There is no wait stuff so you order your meal on entrance find a table and your food will be brought to you. The multiple interactions and pressure to tip is eliminated.They add new items on their menu quite often and that is what I often go for. Pictured is the pulled pork sandwich with slaw and chips, came with the beer as well.The sandwich was tasty and the meat really soft.

Beautiful restaurant. We tried the Margarita pizza and toasted sandwich. It was super delicious. Perfect place to just take a break and chill. Stunning view. Friendly staff. Will definitely come back.
