We bought 2large Hake and chips , and another medium chips this morning. Hake was perfectly cooked but the chips was cold and definitely old! Very disappointed. The lady at the till was friendly.

The food is delicious! But sadly, front of house staff doesn’t make you feel welcome. You get the feeling that you may be just another nuisance. I had a long wait to be served and another long wait for the food. As said, the food itself was delicious!

I waited 41 minutes for my food while the 6 staff members were loudly arguing. The food were cold, the calamari were so dry and the pop prawns were so oily that my cats did not even wanted to it. What a waste of money.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!! Waited 40 minutes, just to be told they ran out of pop prawns. Really. Rather close your doors!!!!!. I don’t know what is so interesting around the corner, because everybody left their stations to go around the corner. There was 6 customers and still compared to kentucky across the road. Maybe go check out how they deliver a service, because yours is scary😡😡😡
