Ordered online. Collected. When I got home the order was wrong. Fish smaller than usual. And the bad part is that I upsized my meals. Was very dissapointed as I travel from Nigel to Cullinan a d bought my dinner by you. This is not the first time I order from you the previous order the fish was n nice size. Yesterday I upsized and got a small piece. Very very dissapointed..

We ordered online today – fish chips rice and coleslaw and upgraded to medium fish and also included onion rings. The fish was never upgraded to a bigger size but we were charged additionally for this in fact the fish was smaller than anytime previously ordered at any other branchRiana

Hi i am very dissapointed in fishaways, i orders the share meal with 4 hake, 2 coleslaw, large chips and onion rings. But when Mr D food got here there was only 2 pieces of hake and not 4. I did send a message to Mr D aswell. And here i pay for 4 hake. Very dissapointing.

Firstly I loved the food. Am a regular customer. Niw this morning I arrived at 9. 30 and was told they were not taking orders yet. Fair enough. Went and did what I needed to do and arrived back there at 10. 20. The workers flat out ignored me. They were so busy chatting at the back and were really not interested in customers. I waited 10 min and left. Rediculous.Was really looking forward to a fish meal.

I went there late night and the staff was so rude.I paid R140 just to get a small fish with chips and raw calamari strips.Worst experience . Would not recommend it to anyone.

I whis I could gave Fishaways in Springs Mall -5 stars. We waited over an hour for our food. The order was incomplete and the calamari still raw. The fish was very small and tasteless. The rice tasted like it was frozen and then heated in a microwave. Very poor service and food will never buy there again.
