Can the ladies who is taking the orders please update themselves with the menu. It is now twice we want to order and really repeating ourselves several times just to explain their menu to them. Have cancelled our orders. The service at Kuruman really going down the drain lately. 😕

Waited for fish, chips and prawns for an hour. No update, employees going as if everything is OK. My order was ready but she just carried on as if to spite me for complaining about the delay. Unfriendly staff for sure. They need customer service training😭

Fresh food. At the end of the month the wait is a little bit long. Variety of fish dishes on the menu. You can also use the sit in facilities or take away option. The food outlet also deliver your food. Prices are reasonable. The place is neat and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is in the main road.

Absolutely awful service! We ordered just before 7 and the food never came, 9 o’clock the phones automatically turns off due to their “business hours”. Pathetic place and pathetic staff! Never again.
