I’m not quite sure how to give my opinion on this Franchise. Fish aways in the MONUMENT MALL is the Best but the store in Cradlestone is AWFUL.. oily food, fish looks like it’s cut in half, onion rings burnt… Urgh. I felt ill. But Monument mall store is clean, efficient and their fish and items on the menu is delicious. So the owner of the store in Cradlestone, go and see to your store’s inefficiency and be visible and have your presence be noticed because you’re allowing your staff to dictate your business! Bad management.

Found steelwool inside the squidheads. My son didnt even realize it as it was covered in batter i suppose because he took the piece of steelwool out of his mouth and asked us what is this.
