One massive MR D order stops the whole shop from operating. 2 grillers at the back. 1 lady and manageress at the front. Not attending to customers not calling out orders. Delay on frying chips.

Your hake and calamari meal (R89.90) has a small tub of tartar sauce… as advertised. But I was told I’d need to pay an extra R5 for that. Why did you include it if its not part of the meal? Also please educate your staff to speak properly to clients bcos it sounded like I’m the crazy one looking at what is advertised vs what I’m being charged. Disappointed

This is horrible. Delivery was supposed to be 19H50, latest 20H10. Now it’s 20H50, the time keeps moving. It was supposed to be supper, now it’s going to be midnight meal. I will be damned to order from you again!
