Had the most unpleasant experience today.Our waiter was unavailable.She took her time taking our order, when our food eventually arrived she disappeared immediately after.I had to go to the counter to add on to our order.After eating we sat for over 15 minutes with an uncleared table. A few other waiters came and cleared it for us.I had to go to the counter by the door to get my bill.I then explained my grievances to the two staff members in front, whom I assumed were management. The waitress shouted at me in front of them.As I paid, I requested R5 for my kids the man at the front literally rolled his eyes at me and seemed rather upset.I left there unheard and not being fully attended to.The food and the play area were good but the whole staff made the whole experience so unpleasant that we didn’t really get to enjoy it.

I have had a number of meals at this place and enjoyed them but I was with my friends on this day and got the rudest treatment ever. After waiting forever to just get a waiter, she eventually came through and took our orders. 2 of my friends ordered honey with their tea but when the order came there was no honey. We asked her about the honey she responded with the ugliest attitude “don’t you know that spur doesn’t provide honey”? Than our question was why did you not communicate that when we ordered? We asked for the manager who apologized.Our food came now brought by a different lady who was polite and served us well. Than the time for the bill came and we had a rude lady again, who was impatient and had no manners.In all the years I have gone to this place I have never had such appalling treatment, fix this!
