Phenomenal wines with incredible views. Be sure to reserve a table ahead of your visit. The cheese platter is delicious, albeit with only 4 cheeses. The spread, sauce, nuts and olives arrive in little plastic containers, fresh from the fridge, which is not very attractive. The initial service is good, but after that you’re on your own until it is time for the bill. The young lady at the wine sales, however, is a gem. Super helpful and friendly. 7/10

A superb experience at Durbanville Hills wine farm for their harvest tour! It included a welcome glass of sparkling wine, a cellar tour, a must tasting (which is grape juice fermenting), a wine barrel tasting, and wine blending (you get to keep the bottle) and a two course food and wine pairing. This all cost R375 and we were thoroughly entertained from 18h00 – 22h00. The staff were very knowledgeable, super friendly and professional. The sunsets and views of table mountain are spectacular! This experience ends on 17 March 2022 but I encourage you to keep checking their website for more events. It’s super!

Went out for a great family outing and enjoyed the wine and cheese pairing. Overall it was great, but the explanation and interaction of each wine category was rushed off and just made it a normal wine tasting on your own.

Let me just start this review with 5 stars.Because we honestly loved our experience there. It was started with a bit of a hiccup, because of how the waiting list was managed.Let me also add, I have been several times before and never experienced a waiting list. But they have become so popular that it is best to book/reserve ahead of time. But management was so sincere in their apology that we decided to stay and do the tasting. (We were there with friends from overseas). The wines are all great.3 of us had the cheese/wine paring. And one the bilting/dried fruit and wine paring. It was divine… actually feel like I need to drive out there again, just for the cheese. The views are magnificent. There is a big kids play area, adjacent to the restaurant, so not really close enough to keep an eye on the kids from the tasting area… but it was a rainy day, so they just hung out with us in the tasting area. They do serve food (limited menu) and drinks to kids in the tasting area.Fireplace was exactly what we needed.I will be back again…

A fabulous wine and cheese pairing with friends from the travel industry, so good to see them again. Delicious tasting paired with cheese and a huge assortment of other nibbles, along with more wine! Great afternoon, lovely setting!

I’ve been coming here for years. One of my favourite wine tasting venues as they have a variety of options. Fridays are great for unwinding to live music, and let’s not forget the view!

Picture was taken the day before the alcohol ban. They also have nice a la carte meals, though their wine tasting, with cheese, chocolate or biltong, was important. Lovely open deck with beautiful views.
