I came in to Debonairs Princess Crossing the music is so loud that i asked them to pit it softer so i can order and not shout my order, i immediately got attitude, then surprisingly my Card was refused 3 times and i was asked to go draw cash. I dont as a paying customer appreciate being treated like this.

Pizza base initially very raw. But Mark from Debonairs replaced the Pizza with a properly cooked base, then we were happy. I suggest you do NOT order pizza on a Public Holuday, as the staff do not care if you eat raw pizza!!!

I bought a triple decker chicken at Debonairs Princess Crossing and it was horrible. Debonairs is saving their foodcost by compromising on quality. I will never order Debonairs again. The pizza was tasteless with little ingredients. I regret buying Debonairs I should have bought Roman’s Pizza which is cheaper and tasteful.

Ordered 12.38pm – Bad experience – no feedback when you make queries. Princess Crossing. Their phone keeps on cutting off or Nicole is hanging up but somehow not being able to be assisted.Their app is telling me the order has been delivered even though I havent received the order. I have wasted my airtime calling them to find out about my order they just dont even bother to call back.Second time again driver was here but no answer that is what Nicole is saying – why dont you call me to check if your driver did arrive. I paid for the order or do you feel I dont deserve your service then I suggest you make it clear so I can go to another pizza place. Terrible service.Eventually had to send my location to the driver – I am so dissappointed. Order Received 2:59 pm

We always like a Debonairs pizza. Always order one with anchovies.We enjoy a thin base with thicker cheese. That’s our preference.We find the next day if there is a piece or 3 left over they aren’t dry.
