Worst worst worst service ever. I ordered a pizza at 7:50pm on a Friday. It arrived at 9:50pm – 2 hours later. My pizza was smooshed and it was cold. I had called them at least 4 or 5 times to follow up, one of the last times that I called, I spoke to a lady and she said that my pizza was done but it was just waiting for the delivery driver to arrive. After 9pm, the phone doesn’t even go through at all.I complained to Debonairs on Twitter and head office made them call me and they did nothing to address any of the things that I said, the driver even denied that my pizza was smooshed and cold and it tasted terrible. Not only is their service horrible but their customer service is also very poor. I will NEVER order from them ever again. What a waste of money.

When you order the orders take forever to arrive. When you call the restaurant they say they can’t call the driver or track him so they can’t help you

8 days and still not a call back from the manager or a reply from head office. I ordered the sub deal and my first bite I bit into 3 hairs baked onto my sub. Disgusting I called immediately was told the manager will get back to me and this was 8 days ago. I even emailed photos to customer care and yet no response. Can anyone say maybe the health inspector should visit?
