Great food. Great customer service. Great online service. The call center is professional but yet human. I usually get pizza there, they made the whole COVID saga less traumatic. The manager is benevolent and super friendly too. I would easily recommend this place to anyone. Can’t say that about a lot of restaurants these days🙃

The order is lost in the space-time continuum between the call centre, the store manager and driver. The order never arrives. This is discovered after atleast a 1h45min wait – 1h30min if it’s fast.2. The order takes so long to arrive that you that you get upset, forget that you’re hungry, and then your stomach reminds you that you need some nourishment with hunger pangs!Debonairs pizza is GREAT. Always has been, always will be. The service delivery offered from debonairs Paardekraal however, is appalling.Take it from one hungry guy to you – take the drive to collect our own order rather. Spare yourself the agony of not knowing whether you will eat or not. Don’t do it!

So pathetic. We ordered a medium pizza and a sub at 3o’clock and waited outside because they said it would be arriving in 30 – 45 min by 4o’clock we phoned them asking what’s going on just to hear there is no such order so we ordered it again agter we were promised it would be here in 30 min at 5o’clock we decided to phone again and they told us that the driver tried phoning us which is a lie so we ended up not getting any food. Very very disappointed.
