The kids won’t let me rate higher than 3 star and complain that something has happened to the crust which is thick dough. The chicken mayo was sold out, which sucks, they said. More toppings and thinner, crisper base please! Thanks

Sadly, something has changed at Debonairs Fish Hoek. Have received two cold pizzas recently – both 45 minutes after placing the order. I’ve ordered from them for years and always received my pizza within 20 minutes. Now the delivery takes twice as long, and the little red dot heat indicator sticker has disappeared from the box. This evening I called the outlet, told them I’d ordered and pleaded for hot food. I’m really sorry that I lost it with the driver but it’s unacceptable to pay premium prices, delivery, tip – and then to have to heat your oven and use your pizza pan to try and salvage the order. You will never see me again… So much for supporting local 🙁
