I ordered pizza for my Birthday on 11 May to share with my family as I do every year. I ordered 5 pizzas of which one was the Sweet & Sour chicken. The pizza had no pineapple on (I suspect they ran out of pineapple) and almost no sweet and sour sauce. It was dry and tasteless. The other four pizzas was also not up to standard. I’ve noticed a steady decline in the quality of Debonairs Rangeview’s pizza as well as the lack of toppings, but unfortunately the last order was a deal breaker and I will not support a franchise that provides such poor quality food. I shared my disgust with their Head Office, but obviously I had no response. I don’t want a refund or new pizza’s as I don’t believe they can make up for the terrible experience I had on my birthday. The purpose of this post was to warn other patrons to rather stay away from Debonaires and rather support other pizza franchises that offer better quality and price. Shame on you Debonairs – but I suspect you will have the same fate as Scooters and Dominos pizza and eventually just become extinct and a distant memory.

This has been my go to Debonairs for years when I lived in the area. They always give fresh and tasty pizzas and the staff is passionate and friendly. General quality great considering that it is only as small franchise within the total garage. Prices is fair and have good deals for that late Sunday pizza.

Deliveries always taking more than 2 hours whilst the app will show that it’s delivered within 40mins. Same excuse all 3 times “app not properly working” which is BS, it’s just to make their stats look good.
