DEBONAIRS WASHINGTON POST, IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE – cutomers shouldn’t have to wait outside for curbside pickup because your employees are having a leisurely conversation while staring at the car that is waiting for delivery. WHAT’S WORSE the Steers employee had to come over to TELL you to give the order to the waiting customer. Unacceptable. You can do better.

Terrible experience today. Ordered pizza and waited in my vehicle, after 25 minutes I went to find if my pizza was ready. Firstly a guy in a white shirt apologised for the delay and said order was not ready. Stood for another 10 -12 minutes and enquired again. 2 ladies at the counter just said pizza is not ready, wait till we call you. I told her I had been waiting for over 30 minutes and she said I was lying, It was only 10 minutes since I ordered. I showed her the time on the slip as 1846hrs and by then it was 1920hrs. She started shouting at me saying I should have asked first how long the pizza would take. I asked for a refund after seeing that no pizza was forthcoming. She told me I was abusing my right to a refund , she then took money out of the till and threw it at me. Never again will I buy at this frranchise . I was humiliated in front of a lot of customers. I would rather drive elsewhere than to be shouted at yet im am paying
