Recently went to this Debonairs for a second time to see if I’m gonna receive better service. Me and my friends ordered the special pizza’s for dinner as we came back from a long week of week. We waited quite some time for our food, but there was no other people with us in the place. Like the wait went to 45 minutes and it was disappointing to wait that long because we had to be somewhere else also. We eventually got our pizza’s. It was quite good actually and we were really happy with it. But we hope next time it don’t have to take that long, because I would think twice before going there if I want something quick for the road. Please look into this, because the food is actually very good, the food gets 5 stars, definitely.

Very disgusted at the service and food. Ordered pizzas through the app and as soon as we started eating I discovered a hair in my pizza, under the crust. It seemed to have been baked into the crust. I phoned the restaurant to inform them of it, not asking for a refund or a new pizza, just to ask them to be cautious in the future. The lady has a nasty attitude and was quite rude to me. I decided not to support the restaurant in the future which is quite sad since we have been supporting them for years.

I ordered online and was assured my order would be ready for collection in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store 25 minutes later, my order had not yet been started. The staff were all confused about my order and had no idea what I had ordered. When I finally received my pizza (another 20 minutes later), the pizza was undercooked. Horrible experience – I will not be visiting or recommending this store anytime soon.

Its sad how so many actually enjoy and consider this decent pizza. These franchises make crappie over rated pizza’s. Not even value for money, i personally prefer a wood fire pizza with a variety of unique toppings.

I ordered 4 large pizzas at about 16h10. When I called at 17h15 to enquire they did not have my order on there system. The lady I spoke to repeated the order. She gave me the amount due and said it would take 40 to 45 min. I waited and waited. Late for an appointment and hungry. No service. Two months ago I also placed an order an I was informed they don’t deliver in our area. I order weekly. The next day I called again and guess what they do deliver in our area. No man Bellville Debonairs. This kind of service is unacceptable. Oh lady said she was goi G to call me back it’s almost an hour again and no call.
