Surprisely, the burgers (sliders) do pair with the wine tasting. First time I ever eat burgers with wine. An amazingly new experience. Only problem is that the staff never explained the wines. They serve and leave. Also only 3 wines for taste pairing. Great place but seemed more a pub and grub wine tasting experience. For R100 per pairing, it is not bad to try out and have a different experience for your pallette 😋

Most scenic and charming setting to enjoy cocktails over a taste buds popping menu. Service was above par even though the venue seemed crowded at the time. The calamari served with a peanut sauce is my all time favorite starter.I’LL BE BACK…

I really enjoyed the wines. My friend buys these wines online religiously and it was a disappointment for us coming from the airport and being met with no enthusiasm to tell us about the wines, the vineyard or the farm. The whole point of these wine farms and tastings is to be friendly, inviting even welcoming to a farm and sharing the stories and love for wine making. We had to walk up and down to get our wines ourselves as well as our menus and tasting options. After a while we had some of our platters served to us and then still had to go fetch wines for wine tasting. The hosts remained behind the counter and only upon the 4th wine wanted to tell me about the wine history. I am utterly disappointed and had to take my friend to a few other wine farms to show her that this experience was not how Capetonians met wine lovers. We went to Fair view as well as Solms Delta and we had a blast of a time. Read more about that review on each establishments Google maps page. I plead with the owner of this winery make your small winery inviting and friendly and accomodating. You have a fantastic wine worth drinking and sharing!!!

Came for the kids play area. R100 entrance per kid. Separate from the restaurants. Is it’s own operation. Option to either drop off kids or go in with them. Has good limited item menu. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They sorted out a meal not on the menu. Few Birthday party booths all around. Excellent jungle gym. More suited to older toddlers / kids else you will be following your little one around.

What a wonderful venue at Botany for drinks after work, with a great selection of wine, gins and beers. The food is also really good too. I really enjoyed the cheesecake desert.
