When standing in Chicken Licken Magalies Hills’ line, it is always quick and the service attendants are very friendly. The food is always up to standards and fresh. Children love the milkshake. Easy enough for a toddler to Handle and enjoy.

The teller was good for as long as she processed the sale, very interactive and giving adequate updates.I waited way to long for my order as the lady in the kitchen bundled our orders whilst packing them. We then had to wait for the teller to distribute our food after all sales and she also bundled everything, preparing all the many orders before she can start giving them out. 2 of the colleagues were cleaning the stoves very nice and neat thus couldn’t help, I guess. I went to McD, still went in the mall before I came to fetch my order but still found the waiting unbearable. Something needs to be reviewed.

We waited very long for our order. Popcorn chicken were very very salty. Even though i asked for normal chicken i got spicy chicken. My 6 wings of R35 was mispacked. The cashier was not friendly. So sad that there are only a few chicken lickens left and still they don’t even try to serve good accurate orders.
