Absolutely terrible. Got the order wrong twice. No parking… wouldnt recommend. Carnival mall burger king is much better with much better and friendlier staff.

Dissappointing!! Firstly the parking area is a nightmare to not even talk about the drive thru where there is a big truck off loading leaving little space to move through. Went into the shop, no indication of where to order as everybody was standing around and we had to ask where is the line for ordering or if they are waiting for an order. The staff are not friendly at all. Half an hour waiting for food just to find out not everything was there just to be told it’s rush hour. Guess what, if you cannot manage rush hour then you should rather find another job as it is called fast food! I will NEVER visit this store again.

The lady working at the drive-thru window on Friday 26 August 2022 at 09:18 was very rude to us. She was impatient, preoccupied and turned her back on us while we were talking to her. Not helpful at all. Very disappointed.CHK 8691

I place an order on Mr D at 18:10, I waited until 19:45 and decided to contact Mr D which advised me that the restaurant did not have my order prepared in time for the driver to collect. The driver could not wait any longer to collect and my order had to be cancelled.

Terrible service. The manager nkosi ran out of mayo and could not replace with some other sauce. I have been to 6 other burger kings and KFC. It’s first store where the manager laughs at me and doesn’t try customer service. The burgers was good on other hand. Poor management and service will get them down.

Layout of the parking area was not well thought through – both Nandos and Burger king leading from one tiny entetance, a recipe for chaos.The person serving me at the order counter on Sunday 14 August was rude and had no patience with me not familiar with the menu.Her attitude stank so much I still haven’t regained my appetite.
