This is the worst service I have ever had the displeasure of receiving, I have placed an order with this branch twice, the first time they took 30 minutes to make my food after telling me it would be 2 minutes and then they made the food wrong, the second time was even worse I was denied my service as their incompetent cashier decided I would be paying cash and was unable to rectify their idiotic mistake, I lost 20 minutes in my break again and this time with no food. Appalling service.

This was the most pathetic burger King I have ever been too. The service is absolutely shocking. The supervisor(Zandile) did absolutely nothing to serve us or assist us, not a single person behind the counter and in the kitchen were prepared to serve us, yet they kept looking at us and discussing amongst themselves as to who will serve us. Derrick who is one of the employees looked at us after I called his name and completely ignored us and tried to pass the buck onto someone in the kitchen. This type of service is absolutely appalling and judging by the rest of the reviews posted. Burger King SA should consider shutting this store down or replacing all of their staff with one that are competent.

I hope when you read this, its not late friend…sigh. I made the mistake of ordering from them…again on Mr D. The first time, they sent me an incorrect order of items, i had ordered a strawberry milkshake, your girl got a chocolate milkshake. I ordered a 7 Up, i got a sparkling water…an absolute wow. After calling to make arrangements to fix it, nothing happened except for Mr D food crediting my account. Today, being the second time we ordered from them by mistake…the burgers were not fresh, heck the gherkins tasted and looked sad. The 7 Up was stale, almost like water, i had to spice it up by putting some gin and ice. Potato chips were stale too…with all of this said. Don’t do it mate.
