New place at the base of the ski hill, replacing Montana’s restaurant, and owned by RCR. Ambient is wood and stone in a discrete lighting throughout the venue. The Ribeye steak was nicely done as per request; however, it was likely the thinnest cut I have ever seen. The rotisserie chicken was crispy on the outside / juicy inside. The meals are accompanied by small sides and complemented by a nicely baked potato incl. toppings. All over, a very tasty dinner. The fly-by pork ribs served to other parties looked great as well. Don’t know about the shrimps & curries, but hey, there seem to be always some people looking out for these dishes 🙄 The wine list was in the making at the time of visit (2 days before Christmas 2017), but I’ll post a photo when available, along with the beer poster at the entrance. There is also a cozy lounge separate from the dining area with a great bar. You can eat here too if desired. Prices are $$$ out of $$$$. Recommended.

Worst poutine I’ve ever been served. Fries look like they were cooked in week old oil, then left under a heating lamp, and they used the wrong type of gravy.Chicken stew was edible, but might have come out of a can.Also, it’s expensive for what you get, but that was assumed going on.

Food is really good but staff are really rude when I was there I asked for root beer and she came back with my friends drink and I asked where’s my root beer and she got really rude and said nobody asked for root beer in a rude tone

I have no intention of eating here again. I ordered chicken strips and fries. The fries looked like they sat under a heat lamp for an hour and I only ate one piece of chicken because they didn’t taste good at all and the second piece had a big piece of gissil in it. I showed the waiter and he offered me a free desert. So I picked a rhubarb crisp and didn’t finish that because it sucked too.

Tried the new restaurant at the ski hill and it’s delicious. Great food, specials and staff!

Sadly they were out of calamari and a chicken dish by the time we got there at 7:15. Appeared they only had one server on and it was busier than expected. Wasn’t the best experience. Might try it again if I come back to Kimberley.

Ordered a poutine with pull pork, pulled pork looked like cat food, tasted horrible and service was terrible. We had two separate tables and they kept bringing are food to the wrong table, tried to give us two extra poutines and like 4 drinks we didn’t order. Overall 1/10 food and 2/10 service. I go to the ski hill everyday and would rather starve then pay to eat here.
