If you’re in the mood for authentic Indian cuisine, this is the place to be. Such friendly staff. The food was so tasty. Totally enjoyed our time here.

Hmm, was sceptical when we walked in, there is a bar right next door. Had a look at the menu and prices looked fair and not overly expensive. The lady who helped us was very friendly and made some good suggestions. I asked if the Chef would prepare me a salty lassie. And he was very accommodating even if it was not on the menu. The food arrived and it was delicious, well worth a visit.

The first time I went I got a shock with the increment of R40 Rand on the Monday special so I left, a week’s later I decided to give it another chance and was pleasantly surprised, he service was friendly and efficient, and the food was very yummy, although the establishment could do with a touch of decoration and cosiness. I would definitely recommend for take out or a not so fancy dinner.

Less than impressed. Food wasn’t very tasty, starters were cold. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the server was helpful. I won’t recommend this place

Had a late meal after the rugby last week, very nice vegetarian curry, mild but very flavoursome, with Cauliflower rice, carb free because am in on Keto diet. Salt Lassi, healthy drink. Friendly banter with waitress and owner. Lively bar separate from restaurant, which was quiet. Will do this again as it’s so near to my home!

Slow service, long wait, but sweet waiter. Tandoori chicken was under seasoned. Chilli prawns says 6 large prawns but got 10 small to medium ones instead and some pieces were mushy. The tandoori lamb chops were overdone and the Madras was okay. Naan bread was nice and lassi was also fine. The Falooda was really good though. Decor is nothing special 1 to 2 stars for that. Over priced for the experience
